Brian E. Oliphant, 31, was charged with Failure To Appear, a felony of the fourth degree. 


Christopher D. Ervin, 22, was charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree, 2 counts; Complicity to Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree; Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree; Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the second degree, 2 counts; Illegal Assembly Or Possession Of Chemicals For The Manufacture Of Drugs, a felony of the third degree; and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.
