Indictments in July 2014

Alan J. Deetz, 27, was charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree and Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the third degree.

 

Alando L. Smith, 43, was charged with Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the first degree; Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the third degree, and Operating a Vehicle with Hidden Compartment used to Transport a Controlled Substance, a felony of the second degree.

 

Britanie A. Neill, 21, was charged with Identity Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree, 3 Counts.

 

Jena J. Thiel, 29, was charged with Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a felony of the first degree; Illegal Assembly Or Possession Of Chemicals For The Manufacture Of Drugs, a felony of the second degree; Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and Endangering Children, a felony of the third degree.

 

Kevin J. Bibbs, 22, was charged with Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree.

 

Michael N. Watson, 24, was charged with Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.

 

Nicholas L. Ratliff, 31, was charged with Theft, a felony of the fifth degree.

 

Robert W. Harvey, 35, was charged with Failure to Notify Change of Address, a felony of the first degree.

 

Rodney D. Garza, 24, was charged with Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree and Possessing Criminal Tools, a felony of the fifth degree.

 

Terry L. Bailey, 43, was charged with Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.

 

Thomas G. Hauck, 27, was charged with Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree and  Safecracking, a felony of the fourth degree.
